Diamond Quilted Belted Coat

I ordered this coat because I liked the length and style. It’s everything that I like. Unfortunately when I went to the store to pick it up, I immediately noticed the belt was a different shade of black and a different material. The stitching on the belt also didn’t align with the style of the coat. I and the store associate looked at the online photos and immediately noted that I was sent a totally different belt and I’m sure this was known when it was sent out because the original belt would have been tagged to the coat. Someone at the warehouse knowingly added a random belt that did not belong to the coat and doesn’t even cosplay as the original… I left the store with it because the store associate advised me to call the customer service # but I had to wait to go home and charge my phone to do so. Since the jacket is sold out in my size I would’ve have been open to a discount because I don’t have the benefit of the belt and would never use the one that was sent because it looks quite wrong with the coat but the only options I was given were to return the jacket completely or free expedited shipping on my next order. Neither option benefit me or Nordstrom Rack. If I have to return it I will be without a jacket and Nordstrom rack will lose a customer and have to discount or damage out the jacket anyway. It should not be sold as is without the customer being aware at the time of purchase. I’m highly disappointed as a discount would have been made it right for me. Pic 1 is the stock photo with the correct belt. I don’t trust ordering from Nordstromrack.com
