This dress style is so cute but it’s meant for a tall woman. I’m 5’3” and the v scoped way too low. The length of the dress was almost down to my ankles. The fabric was very scratchy. Returned

Pleasantly Surpised
When I first pulled this button shirtdress out of the bag, I was sure it would be a no. But once I tried it on, I was pleasantly surprised! The length is perfect—flowy but not clingy. The scrunched waist is forgiving, and the 3/4 sleeves don’t feel tight around the forearm. The fabric is lightweight, so I’ll probably need a slip since it seems a bit sheer, though the pattern helps with coverage. The blue color is true to the photos, which was a nice bonus. For reference, I’m 5’8”, 137 lbs, and a size 4 was a perfect for me.

I love it so much that I bought a backup. At first I unpacked it and thought I’d send it back; it seemed flimsy. But wearing it is magic. It is a flattering fit. I bought a size 6 - 138 lbs when I bought first one; 145 lbs for second one, same size. Highly recommend dressoir work and after work occasion. Layered with white leather jacket or white denim jacket on colder days.
