Valentine Tie Neck Cotton Shirt

This is a lovely blouse. My only problem is that the neck is much too tight. Buttoning both neck buttons is almost impossible (not enough room for fingers to button it and can hardly stretch the button holes to the buttons). I almost feel as though I am being strangled. I always were either a size 2 or 4; therefore, my neck is also slender. Below the neck, everything fits fine, perhaps even a generous fit.
