Chewed Frayed Hem Denim Jacket

This is a two-parter. First part is for my consumer friends, the jacket is exactly like it’s shown in the photo and how it’s described in reviews. It’s a lightweight jacket, more for spring/early fall or cool summer nights. Despite that, I’m not as wowed as I thought I’d be. I didn’t realize it wasn’t what I wanted after until I got it. The fray is just a bit too messy looking for my liking and too boxy for my figure/size. 4 stars because it’s a great jacket, deciding not to keep it is just due to my personal taste but I would still say go for it if you’re intrigued! I certainly was! Part two is for Nordstrom Rack. I’m so disappointed in you. I ordered this jacket the first time at the beginning of June to be shipped to the store. After weeks of checking back in and going to the store, nobody could tell me where my package was. Finally at the end of June, I called and someone told me the carrier damaged the package and informed you of it (I’d never gotten a tracking number since it was being sent to the store and had no clue it was damaged/cancelled). Y’all sat on that information for near a month. In your court 100%. All you could tell me was to get a refund and re-order. So I did. THEN you send me the WRONG SIZE, and again all you tell me is to get a refund and order it again. Are you kidding me? I’ll tell you what I’m not doing anymore is ordering this jacket one more time.
