Great quality, but sizing runs inconsistent
I own several pairs of Democracy jeans, and because my other styles run a bit loose, I sized down one size in these — and they ended up too snug to zip. I can’t fully fault the jeans for that, but it does suggest the sizing isn’t consistent across styles. What I can vouch for is the quality: Democracy denim holds up well in the wash, keeps its shape, and lasts. If you’re sizing based on another Democracy style, I’d go true to size or try them on first.
