This product dries before you get the nail completely covered. It leaves a mess. I liked the cuticle remover but I find this useless.

Good for a base coat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friend gifted me a set of Deborah Lipman polishes, so I needed a top coat and base coat...this did the job! Dries with a very matte finish but since I added another color, that didn't matter one way or the other! Very pleased
