Love this skirt! Got it for $29 on sale and the material and quality for the price is amazing!
I’m 5’3” 130lbs and I got size 28 for a very slight loose fit just in case it shrinks.
I would definitely be wearing this with your tights, Doc, Martens, and a top and cropped jacket!
