Simona Block Heel Pump (Women)

This is a sensible shoe. I got the size wide and they fit my wide feet nicely. The elastic holds the shoe in place so they don't slip off. The leather is a little shiny - looks very good. The vamp is not low at all, which means no trouble if you have bunions like me. But if you are looking for a shoe with sex appeal, you should pass on this.

These would have been fantastic had it not been for the round front. I wear a size 13 Wide which fits perfectly in any other shoe but the round front was too tight, had to return. I own a completely different pair of David Tate shoes. They're a pair of wedge sandals that I love so I bought these thinking the same maker/same comfort but due to the style they didn't work.

Currently this is my only high heeled pump that fits me. The toe box is roomy, the elastic prevents gapping, and it comes with a padded insole (which I changed out with the insert from an athletic sneaker). The block heel prevents wobbling. I was able to fit my left foot which is a size 13 and my right foot which is an 11. The insert is very cushiony but slippery, so I put an Adidas insert in instead. I put heel grippers in so I would not walk out of these shoes, but you might not need them (perhaps it is just me). I am grateful that I have one pair of pumps in my closet that fits me.
