My Pint Ice Cream Maker

We are happy to give you more information on how to get the best results with your Dash My Pint Ice Cream Maker! Please make sure to freeze the cooling bowl upright for at least 24 hours.  Chilling your ingredients/mix in the refrigerator or the freezer to cool it down will help with the cooling process in the bowl. When you continue to churn the ice cream the cooling bowl is most effective in the first 20 minutes.  When it is churned much longer it can start to heat up and start to melt the ice cream.  Scooping the ice cream with a wooden spoon or spatula right after the ice cream is finished mixing and moving it to another container to freeze can help if you are looking to get a solid texture. If this doesn't work out, our customer support team is at your service Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EST. Reach us at 1 (800) 898-6970 or bydash.com/help. Please reach out to us we are happy to help!
