How to use: 1. Turn the Temperature Control Dial to the Off position before unplugging and cleaning. The Cooking Surface should be completely cool before attempting to clean. 2. The Drip Tray can be removed, emptied and washed with warm soapy water. 3. Make sure the Drip Tray is dry before re-inserting in the griddle, because remaining water could damage electric parts.
