Damaged Merchandise
I purchased these jeans online and was very excited about this piece, however I was very disappointed when I received my order and realized the zipper was broken and damaged. I’m surprised at Nordstrom’s lack of quality control checks for merchandise before the delivery of goods to the customer. Now the jeans are sold out and wont be able to get them replaced.
