This unit is impossible to lock and unlock. Every time I use it I regret having bought it. It literally takes a rubber mallet to lock and unlock. Unless you’re Hercules don’t buy it. And the slightly smaller one is too small for dough

Difficulty
I bought this to replace a Cuisinart food processor I could no longer replace a broken bowl.
This one works well, but trying to remove the lid from the bowl is VERY difficult. What can I use to make this easier. I am terrified I will break a piece of plastic on either piece!

I have had my cuisinart for 43 years and it’s still going strong. I always hand wash all the parts and various blades. At some point, I’ll probably pass it on to one of my kids, but not in the foreseeable future. Thanks for a great product.
