Not good at all
We thought we had gotten a really good air fryer, but we didn't. We plugged it up and turned it on to see if it worked, only to hear that the fan was very loud. We thought something was scrapping and it would go away after a couple of minutes, it didn't. Ran for about 5 minutes and then broke down.

Just getting started
We have only used this appliance for 2 of its many functions - toasting and air fry. It does an excellent job of both. Over time, we will be using some of the other features. It is just the right size for our kitchen - other brands were too small or too large.

Not designed well
I only gave it 4 stars because I don't think it's designed very well. The heating bars at the bottom are way too close to the bottom crumb tray. I tried putting a teflon sheet over the crumb tray for easier cleanup, but it burned it the first time I used it. Then I used a silicone sheet, but it burned that too! So I gave up. I'm just not happy with the design. The rest of the machine works fine.
