Product is pretty good, but didn't receive customer service
Hi, I sent a few emails inquiring about the defect on the rice cooker but I never heard back from anyone about the situation. There are scratches on the inner pot when I unbox the item. After submitting my email, I never heard back from anyone giving me any answers of what to do.
