RUN VERY SMALL
I wear a M6/W8, so I can also wear a J6. BUT, in the lined kid's version, my foot will not even go in all the way. My entire heel hangs out. This happened on the lined Santa kids classics also. They make the lined ones a LOT smaller in the kids version. No problem in the adult lined ones.

Very Narrow
I bought these for my six year old grandson. I went up a size since they were lined. I couldn't even get his foot all the way in because they're so narrow. They're super cute, but too narrow.
