Sent Wrong Size
I placed an order for a women’s size 12, but instead, I received a men’s size 12/women’s 13.5. I reached out to customer service, who informed me that they couldn’t fulfill the order because they didn’t have any women’s 12 in stock. Apparently, it was discovered after I placed the order that the shoe was unisex, not women’s. Consequently, I’m left waiting and periodically checking the website to see if they’ll eventually offer a women’s size 12/men’s 10.5.

I triple checked the sizing, it was listed as a women's shoe, but was sent a men's 12. I returned and reordered. Hopefully it's the right size. Shoe itself looks cool.
