like all the others they sent a men's size and not the woman's size I ordered ... it's a shame, they are very cute ... reordered converting to the men's size so hopefully they come in correctly ,, fingers crossed

Incorrect listing, incompetent customer service.
This is the second time I’ve ordered this pair of shoes, as I was ASSURED I would be sent the correct size this time. The listing itself says WOMENS SHOE, so I ordered a size 7.5. Don’t follow that, because it’s WRONG. They will send you the size you selected, in MEN’S sizes. Beyond frustrated with the failure to fix this incorrect listing after I reached out and let them know they messed up. Yet, the live agent assured me that there was a problem on their end and they sent me the wrong size, and they told me the listing was CORRECT. Obviously, this is not the case. I’ve purchased from Nordstrom countless times before without issue. A retailer of this size should not have these insanely ignorant issues. DO NOT ORDER THESE.
