Silvana Tall Boot (Women)

These are probably the nicest looking riding boots I have seen, and in quality leather. At 5'3" the height worked great and the calf width was loose but worked with the cute buckle to tighten it. I desperately wanted them to work but they didn't. I'm usually a 5.5 which wasn't available, and the 6 was too big. The boot came off my heel a good deal when I stepped, even with thick socks. The soles are not removable - I tried adding a 2nd insert but it made the boot way too tight. I found the narrow style with little support in the sole to be tough for my morton's neuroma anyway. Sad to have to return. Hope Cole Haan starts prioritizing comfort because I love the look of their shoes but my feet say no.
