Mercy Waterproof Zip Bootie

First, this is my first purchase of the brand, so perhaps my comments are because I am not familiar with the sizing. I found the boot to be a little smaller than expected. The heel felt very sturdy and the tread is nice. The boot is on the heavier side, but for a chunky boot with a heel, it seems in an acceptable range. This pair is going back, but I ordered the bootie in a larger size. I am curious to see if the boot feels any better once the size issue is solved. As a note, the shoe is not soft around the top of the boot and rubbed against my skin. A higher sock might solve this problem until they are broken in. But seeing the sock might impact the look. I'm curious enough to give it another try.

Runs a bit narrow in the toe box and slow to break in. comfortable and weather resistant.
