'Great Jones' Wingtip (Men)

I usually like Cole Haan shoes but I must say, I did not care for these one bit. The website recommended going a half-size up, but for me, the result is that the shoes were too roomy and rubbed uncomfortably against my ankles and heels. Also, these shoes have a matte finish which results in them looking like plastic or pleather--not leather, anyway. I will be returning them.

The fit tip says 'runs narrow, order 1/2 size up'. I did this and the shoes are WAY too big. I normally wear a 10 in Cole Haan with a normal (medium) width. I should have ordered in my normal size since they have since sold out...lesson learned. I'm sure this would have been a five star rating if the sizing instructions were correct...
