Poor quality
They seem very nice but they ripped after a few weeks. I only wear them for work and i do office work. When i called nordstrom rack customer service they told me since the shoes ripped so soon my order will be either refunded or replaced. I just went to nordstrom rack valencia and they declined my return for wear and tear ,although i showed them the receipt and told them customer service told me otherwise. Ive been buying cole haan for years its the first time i have this type experience. Dissatisfied and disappointed on both cole haan and nordstrom rack.
