Grand Hurrion Cup LTT Low Top Sneaker

The review is less about the shoe and more about the service. I bought these shoes two separate times from rack and both times they showed up noticeably worn. I sent the first order back, but just kept the second since I didn't want to deal with another return. If I pay for new shoes, I want new. Shoes arrived in a plastic bag not in a box, had noticeable wear on the bottom and partial stretch from someone else's wearing. Shoe itself is decent, would have rated higher if they arrived new.

I was so excited for my order to arrive. To my surprise, I received obviously returned and worn shoes. The bottoms were dirty and leather had creases in multiple places. Very dissatisfied with Nordstrom business practices. I paid full price and they send me crap. Anything to avoid a loss, The box it was sent in was served as the box the shoes were sent in. I was expecting a Cole Haan branded box but instead it was like receiving the shoes in a brown paper bag. When I called to return and reorder a replacement I was told that I had to do a return first and when received I’d have to reorder. What a waste of time and the customer service rep was no help. Needless to say, I will no longer buy anything from Nordstrom or NordstromRack. Poor business practices and crappy service.

Shoes very comfortable, fits pretty well

I was amazed with the assistance and hospitality. I even applied for a Nordstrom credit card. The abundance of name brand merchandise was spectacular. This will always be my 'Go-To' shop before heading over to the Nordstrom store.

This shoe is so comfy. I have to wear custom orthotics because I have flat feet, even then my feet and ankles still hurt after walking for a while. But, these shoes are so comfy, it really helps with my feet. It’s like stepping on a squishy cloud with each step. I was looking for a nice pair of white shoes, but didn’t realize they would also be super soft and comfortable for my feet.

I never post reviews, so it's a big deal that I do now. I bought the light grey ones and love them. I went back online to purchase the light brown ones and they're already sold out of 10.5's. Grrrrrrrrr!
