Grand Crosscourt Daily Sneaker (Men)

I bought the Cole Haan Grand Crosscourt Daily Sneakers from Nordstrom Rack for around $100 on “sale” expecting decent quality at that price point. Unfortunately, these were disappointing right out of the box and even worse after the first wear. The upper material started creasing immediately on day one. This isn’t normal break-in wear. It feels like low-quality or synthetic leather rather than genuine leather. The creases are deep and uneven, and the shoe already looks worn after minimal use. They also already scuffed which shouldn’t happen with a new pair. That alone made them feel more like seconds or outlet-grade quality rather than a true Cole Haan standard. Fit-wise, they run narrow. I went with a standard width, and the toe box puts noticeable pressure on my big toe, making them uncomfortable for extended wear (30 mins walking). Overall, these feel high-maintenance for a basic white sneaker. They don’t hold up visually, they’re not especially comfortable, and they don’t justify the price even on sale. I won’t be buying these again and would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a clean, durable white sneaker.
