FlexGrand 360 Plain Toe Derby (Men)

i have several different CH shoes. fit and overall quality on this shoe is good. however, shoes had many scratches and scuff marks. i was advised it came from another store. the shoes were improperly packed. lidless shoebox was sent in a plastic pouch, shoes not wrapped in protective tissue. considering these shoes were shipped from another store, it is inexcusable that the shipping staff did not locate a suitable box lid — after all, there are large bins of empty boxes and lids behind the cashier stations. other : the dark brown color is a little darker than all my monitors.
