Cole Haan was my go-to online shoe shop for maybe 10-15 years. Quality was alway top line and the sizing was perfect, never seconded guessed my selections until this shoe. The size was maybe a size or two smaller than listed and the material felt like hard plastic. So disappointed.

I love the look of these shoes. The length and width are perfect for my narrow size 8.5 feet. My instep is moderately high, though, and these shoes torture the tops of my feet. I wore them for a day, and the tops of my feet are still sore the day after. I am going to try to stretch them a bit and give them another go, but if I can't, they're not staying in my closet.
