Too Long and Narrow
These shoes were extremely long and narrow. I am usually a size 11 in Men’s dress shoes. The size 11 in these were about a size too long. I purchased a size 10.5 which was still too long, then a size 10, which were ironically the correct length fit but far too narrow. Very disappointing as I liked the shoe design

Never again
Shoes great, but service by Cole Haan abismal. My shoes came super late, outside of the normal delivery window, and cole haan pretends like its ok. Paying a premium for shoes should also mean great service.
