BEST PURCHASE IN A LONG TIME!!

These shoes are amazing. I received so many compliments. So comfortable. So stylish. I think I’ll get another color.

Extremely uncomfortable!

I love the look of these shoes but they are so uncomfortable. The toe box is way too tight and the patent leather trim digs into my heel. I bought a size 8 which is my usual size. I then ordered a size 8.5 and they were way too big. I tried more than one color and had the same problem. Returning all pairs. I'm disappointed because they are really cute shoes!

Just can't make them work.

I love these shoes, but can't seem to make them work. I ordered a pair, and when they arrived I tried them on – only to hear a clicking noise from the right shoe with every step. I couldn't figure out what it could be. I returned them and ordered another pair because I REALLY wanted these shoes to work. The second pair arrived and things were looking good... BUT something was still wrong. The top of the left shoe matched the website image, with a horizontal crosshatch detail. But the right shoe did not. Side by side they looked like different versions of the same shoe. Some people may not mind it, but once I saw it I can't unsee it. These will go back as well and I'm just not willing to try again.

small all around

The shoe was more like a 10.5 than 11, also somewhat narrow. I returned the shoes.

great quality poor sizing

The product itself is great but the sizing is way off. I got an 8 and inside of the shoe when you remove the insert it is clearly written 37. Which is pretty much the European equivalent of size 7. No wonder it runs small.

Great looking, runs small and narrow

Really want to keep these loafers because they have a unique multi-textured design but they are about a size smaller than expected and quite narrow in the toe.

looked like they had been worn

I loved the shoe, the fit was great, the color just what I was looking for. My problem is that both shoes showed worn marks on the heel and toe area. I was so sad that I had to return. I was afraid to order a new pair thinking I would get the same issue.

one shoe had white ticking and the other black.

Looks like 2 different shoes. Wish I could return them. I usually love Donald Pilner shoes and Nordstrom lol it seems like a manufacturing and QA problem.
