Can’t open it!
I and my husband have worked and worked trying to get it open with no luck. Push down and turn but all it does is click and won’t open!

NOT VERY EFFICIENT
It doesn't work very well. I was expecting a lot more. The mascara stays dry and caked onto my lashes and then the skin around my eyes. The remover just doesn't get it off very well. I am disappointed.

Bad Cap Design
The product is very good when you can get to use it. The cap design does open properly. On my first bottle I finally got it off but on the second bottle I could not do so and the whole bottle was tossed out. I will not buy this product again.
