What it does: The silky-smooth gel formula glides on without a skip, pull or tug. It's smudge-resistant with unstoppable wear: 24 hours on lids, 12 hours on waterline. The innovative, ophthalmologist-tested formula was designed to be safe for the waterline, sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.

How to use: Safe to apply directly on waterline and lid. Build intensity as desired.

Don't Buy This Product
This eyeliner is difficult to use. I wouldn't buy it again. Better to use a pencil with a liquid brush. I thought that's what I was buying but got this one by mistake. I decided to use it. I won't make that mistake again
