NORDSTROM RACK SENT ME USED SHOES!!!!!!!!!
Wow, absolutely ZERO quality control or checking of return inventory. Shame on such a huge company like this!!! They sent me this FILTHY pair of used shoes, and when I called customer service about it they offered no sympathy or solution other than to “return the item.” (So it can just be sent out to another unsuspecting customer) absolutely insane and MAKE SURE you check your boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was a size 7, so if you order that size too, buyer beware!!!!!!! The sisterhood of the traveling used shoe may be on its way to you too.

tight "string" across the top of the foot insdie
These are cute, but Ugg sizing has changed. I have always worn a 7 in the Dakota slippers, the boots, etc. Got this in a 7 and liked them, but very hard to tug on, and then a very tight fit across top of foot. Felt like a cord was in there drawn tight, but there isn't anything adjustable in there. I returned them bc I want easy on and off boots for before and after yoga/pilates, but these are too hard to pull on and too uncomfy once on
