beautiful shoe but narrow and runs small
Love the boot, sized up because it said in the reviews online. Sized up but the size was still too narrow. Maybe 2 sizes up will work?

Item never showed up!!
I’m infuriated !! Horrible customer service with no one to give me an answer and no refund ! I bought this item more than a week ago with a gift card, and although it says “Delivered” there’s no sign of my order. I was home at the time of the supposed delivery so it’s impossible that I missed it somehow.

Comfy but VERY narrow calf
I had high hopes for these as I struggle to find boots with a narrow calf, but I could barely zip these up. They bent and almost sagged in a weird way at the ankles. If you have very narrow calves, these may be your dream boots! Other than the calf fit, the foot area felt true to size and the footbed and heel height were comfortable.
