Material Quality Issue

I ordered this pair of shoes in August this year. About a week after they arrived, I started wearing them, but not on a daily basis. It's a real pity because the shoes are very comfortable; however, the right foot near the front area has already started to crack. I have taken photos for everyone's reference, and I am extremely disappointed.
