Well-fitting winter jeans
High waisted jeans that fit well, are long enough for my 5’8” legs, and are a heavier weight cotton denim good for cooler temps. Only note is that the legs could be slimmer.

Other reviews say to order a size down but I sized down and they were so small even my original size wouldn’t fit so I would have to size up 1 size from my original size. Another review mention these aren’t for athletic thighs - if you are curvy at all these aren’t for you. There isn’t any give to them

I’m typically a 27 or 28, 5’10 140lb. I ordered the 27, but they are too tight on athletic thighs and butt. The waist fits well, so going up a size would be too lose in the waist. There is a little stretch to these, but not enough to make these fit comfortably. They’re going back.

Comfortable and stylish
I originally purchased a 28 in-store but later ordered a 27 because they seemed to stretch a bit after wearing. I wouldn’t normally wear a 27 and attribute the sizing to the very high waist. If they sat lower on my waist or hips, I would have stayed with the 28. The straight leg is a welcome change from skinny jeans without being too wide in the legs.
