Watch malfunctioned warranty not honored
I loved my citizen watch so much. After three years there was moisture in the watch face. I sent it into their repair center with all the appropriate requirements. They said the watch parts were discontinued therefore they could not repair it and sent it back. However their warranty clearly states that if they cannot repair it then they will send a replacement of like value. They will not honor their warranty. They do not make a good product that functions like it should. DO NOT PURCHASE CITIZEN WATCHES. Their products fail and they will not make it right.

Beautiful but poor quality
The watch is beautiful in person and really goes with everything. But it stopped working properly after only 3 months. I expected better quality and wouldn't recommend
