A dress up dress
I bought this dress to wear to a special concert this fall. It is perfect. I love the color, the fabric and the lines. Someone said in a review that the fabric seems cheap. I don't think so. It is elegantly casual, I am really going to enjoy this dress as the weather turns cooler. I am 5'5'' and it is not a mini on me.
