Cute but runs very small

Sadly this top runs very small. I ordered my usual M but the blouse I got fit like an XS. I don’t know if it’s just the blouse I received that was sized incorrectly but it was tiny but I needed another 2-3inches to get it to button properly. It is a cute top and I really liked the fabric. Since I got it at the end of the sale I am unable to exchange for a bigger size. I’ll be returning.
