I’m not sure what is going on but the shoes were used, there were marks on the bottom sides of the shoes where they’ve been worn. The shoes didn’t even come in a shoe box the came in a bag. No normal paper inside the shoes. You could tell they were previously worn. Very disappointed in this.

Poor customer service of Nordstrom
Ordered 2 shoes both size 11 but one of them came with size 9 so I tried to return it but shipping cost showed so I used chatting and solved but tried to get same one with correct size, since the amount was less than free shipping so asked again but Chatting said nothing they can help
It was Nordstrom's fault and when I tried to replace it they charge shipping cost
If they sent correct one, it was free shipping because the order was over $100
Disappointed!!
