Bought this luggage and only was able to use it twice! Strap from the inside completely fell off. Unfortunately the rack only has a 60 day exchange/return policy. Save your money don’t purchase these

Large case damaged
I received this yesterday and when I opened the box the large suitcase was kind of banged up. It is discolored with a dent on the side and another spot that looks as though is was scraped. I don’t know if this was a floor sample in a store…..I know I bought this on sale, but sale doesn’t mean damaged IMO. The other sizes are fine, just this one had damage
