Luggage was good for 6 years - wheels failed

The entire luggage is good, but the wheels are failing. Sent email to the company to see what I can do

Extremely Poor Quality

Don’t waste your money. We regretfully brought these on an overseas trip. The handles are so poor quality they barely work and wheels hardly function on carpet. They were extremely hard to push/pull through the airport and hotels. They were a complete waste of money and now we will need to invest money in decent suitcases. Lesson learned.

I love this suitcase!

I have had the carry-on size for about 5 years now. It gets used once or twice a year, and is still as good as new. The inside pockets, storage areas and zippers are handy for organizing and keeping things in place. The expandable function is a great option when needed. And the handle on the side is useful for maneuvering it onto storage shelves on shuttles, etc. I was so happy with this after a use or two that I bought the Large Checked size as well. I am just as pleased with that size - it has all the same features. After many years and many uses there is nothing I would change about these bags - I absolutely love them.

Great value

Great value for the price. This is the 3rd set I’ve bought over the last 12yrs. I didn’t purchase new because mine broke down, I passed the previous set to my kids!
