Fabric Quality
Love CeCe blouses. I saw this potent purple and had to have it. The blouse runs slightly large. Im returning because of the fabric. It would have been nice to have it lined and a lighter chiffon type fabric and not this heavy polyester which makes the blouse feel cheap and frumpy. I will be returning.
