Very comfortable for hot weather
I love this dress. It is lightweight and airy. I bought my normal size, which made it comfortably sized for 100F weather, and the dress fits as shown. The fabric is a soft, lightweight knit that has enough heft that it's not "see thru". I am 5' 5" and the dress fell just above the knee on me. The dress also is one of those "ageless" styles that can be worn by anyone. I used a white, linen sweater for places with air-conditioning.

Weird elastic at last tier of skirt
This dress would be 5 stars for the price had the last tier of the skirt not been elastic.
I got this as an easy summer dress for early pregnancy, and as a size 10, true Large. This elastic feature does not allow this dress to swing rather keeps it tight against my thighs: not ideal for any woman. Unless you want your mid section emphasized.
