It's scratchy, short, and sheds all over
I was initially drawn to this alpaca blend cardigan because it looks incredibly soft. However, upon removing it from the bag, I was disappointed to find that it actually feels scratchy against the skin.
Additionally, I noticed that after just briefly holding the sweater up to my body to check the length, I was covered in fuzz from it. The plastic buttons contribute to a cheaper feel, which detracts from the overall quality of the cardigan.
Based on the product photos, I expected a longline fit since it appears to hit mid-thigh on the model, and models are usually around 5'10". Unfortunately, it's actually just a regular hip length, which was not what I anticipated.
To make matters worse, I’m frustrated that the purchase is final sale, as I expected much better quality from Nordstrom. I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving this sweater away, as it creates quite a mess. I hope this review helps other potential buyers avoid a similar disappointment.

horrible sweater final sale of course
This sweater is horrible! I was so excited when it arrived. Immediately tried it on and am covered in white fluff! The material is so cheap and sheds extensively! No wonder it is final sale. Who on earth would wear this?! What a mistake. Do not buy final sale items. Lesson learned. So disappointed.

Lovely Cardigan
I am very pleased with this piece, it is very warm and soft and will take the place of a jacket for work. I did go down a size and it is somewhat boxy, but the fit is perfect. It's true that the material will be itchy for some, but I don't have a problem with it. I took off a star because I like pockets in my sweaters. Otherwise, the price is right and I will get good use out of it.
