Ainsley Chelsea Boot (Women)

Was looking to replace similar leopard boots. I am normally a size 8 and needed to size down to 7.5 which accommodates a thin knee-high sock. No pinching, tightness. Comfortable all-around fit. Love the higher shaft that allows a cleaner look with cropped pants. The elongated toe looks great with many pant profiles including wide leg. Price point was surprisingly low. Heel height allows for all day wear in comfort. Hoping that these hold up over time.

Been looking for chocolate brown leopard boots and came across this stunning pair. Nordstrom Brand the Ainsley Chelsea Boot in the Tan Toasted Leopard. Bingo, gorgeous, had to have! Reviews show this shoe runs slightly large. Normal size is 9. Ordered 8.5 and 9. Previous reviews were correct, the shoe does run slightly large. 8.5 fit perfect and very comfortable! While trying on the boots and looking in the mirror something looked off about the boots. I felt my left foot looked gorgeous but my right foot looked fat and chubby. I look down at my feet and instantly noticed the fabric pattern on the left shoe was applied vertical and on the right shoe it was applied horizontally which is why my right foot looked fat and chubby. Thought hmm… that’s odd. Looked at the size 9 pair and they were made the same way. Left shoe fabric vertical, right shoe fabric horizontal. I go back to look at the online photos of the shoe on the website and all (8) pics were of the shoe for the right foot in various directions (fabric horizontal). Not one pic of the left and right shoe together. Was really looking forward to these boots because it can be worn with just about anything. Unfortunately I had to return them! 😔 I still love ya Nordstrom!!!
