Really nice coat

I just got this (haven't worn it outside yet) and am mostly very happy with it. B+/A- coat. Pros: It's rated down to 0-deg F with "moderate activity". So, perfect for Mid-Atlantic winters. The hood is removable (a pleasant surprise). The faux shearling is very faux but soft and comfortable around the neck. The inside zipper pocket is spacious enough for a phone. The main front zipper is hardy metal and seems high-quality (we'll see!). The hood is comfortable, not too big as to fall off your head immediately, and does have cinch toggles. True to size. Cons: I do wish there were an exterior storm flap over the zipper. Also, there is no closure for the main pockets, although there is that nice interior zippered pocket I mentioned above. In summary, a jacket I am very pleased with!

Defective, repackaged , awful smell.

Terrible customer service if you would let this even be delivered to a customer! the quality of the clothing has been just soooooo disappointing !! Ugh!

Really nice coat

Tight shoulders and arms

This coat is very nice looking. I purchased in size Small and because it felt restrictive in the arms, I purchased a Medium. Arms and shoulders still felt tight so I ended up returning both. Wanted it to work out as the coat is very nice looking.

Pretty coat

Nice looking and warm coat. Love the color. But ran a bit small and the next size up would be too big. Don’t want a winter coat that I can’t wear at least a sweater underneath.

Poor Customer service left me feeling swindled.

Coat was amazing. The problem I had was with a false advertisement. The sale rack had a 40% off coats sign. When I brought the coat to the register, the sales person said the nordstrom rack price WAS the price with 40% off. I explained this was deceiving. There were very few coats on the rack, there was sn original price and a NR price. It implied the sale sign applied 40% off the lowest price, the NR price. The sales person was unwavering and unapologetic. When I explained they should change the sign to say that the NR price was 40% off the original price, she said, do you want the coat or not?

not as described

Beware when purchasing this coat. It is not down fill, it is 100% polyester. If I had known, I would not have purchased. It also does not look anything like the photos and is not shearling lined inside or in the hood, only around the neck. The pockets are zippered and not lined either. There is no pocket on the sleeve as depicted in the photos. I feel like I have been scammed. To top it off, I was sent the wrong size.

I was looking for a down feather coat, and this description claimed it was premium down. The label on the coat says it’s 100% polyester. That’s a rip off

Almost didn't buy because reviews! BUT LOVE IT

I never ever write reviews... But I almost did NOT buy this coat because of the reviews and I am glad I did not listen! Everyone was saying the arms were tight and the coat is tight zipped. I am 5'9" and 195/ a larger person. I played softball and have bigger arms! I do NOT think the arms or coat is tight. It fits like a woman's coat should and looks great. It is so warm and covers my backside. Others complained cold air gets in the sleeves, I think there is room for gloves?! I had another coat that was Calvin Klein Large (XL was not available in Navy) So I was worried about the Large ... but it fits great. I love it and I would highly recommend. * However, I don't wear Huge/heavy/ thick sweaters in the winter, if you do, maybe size up...

Not Lined in Shearling!

This coat is not lined with shearling. It is only trimmed in shearling. The description is a lie. And they sold it to me with a no return policy, which is consumer fraud. Buyer Beware!

Wrong item shipped X2

The coat pictured, is NOT the coat I received! I received a coat that was not down filled, it was fiber filled , it had no zipper on the sleeve, and the hood was not removable. I took the issue up with customer service, who insisted that the item shown was the item I received. I even tried ordering the coat, a second time, thinking that the first error, was a one-off mistake. The second coat I received was also the fiber filled version. NORDSTROM GOT THIS ONE WRONG!!! I ordered the blue color.
