Bait and switch
Do not buy these shoes if you are looking for Italian shoes. I purchased these shoes and the ones I received were made in Portugal. Typical bait and switch. When I messaged the customer service, they decided to just tell me how Portuguese shoes are of good quality. Clearly there is a difference in price and quality of Portuguese vs Italian shoes. Just don't buy these ...or trust any labeling from Nordstrom Rack. Waste of time!

Do not buy these shoes if you are looking for Italian shoes. I purchased these shoes and the ones I received were made in Portugal. Typical bait and switch. Nordstrom?
What’s happening with Nordstrom, this shoes are not Bruno Magli, it’s labeled, but not what I remember. I’ve own many BM in my lifetime and I tell you Nordstrom is not what is use to be. My goal is pay my cc and close it. You guys have lost me as a customer.

The picture clearly shows made in Italy. They are made in Portugal. When I called I was offered refund instructions of where I now have to take them, and at one point I was told “it’s whatever”.

Disappointing purchase
These shoes are not Italian as advertised, and they arrived with visible scratches right out of the box. Quality feels cheap, definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Dissatisfied
This shoe is horrible, it is a hard uncomfortable fit after wearing all day. When walking in them the sound is loud. People in my office can hear me coming walking down the aisle. I am very disappointed for price I paid, I was expecting better. Now their just in my closet not being worn. Just a waste of money.
