Classic Fit Wool Blend Suit Pants

Ordered from the app to be delivered because I cant drive due to medical reasons. It came with a security button attached and the only way to remove it according to the agent on the app that i spoke with, is to take it to the store. I now have to pay an uber roundtrip to the store because of this button. And the "help" operator says no discounts or promos can be added to my account for my trouble. I can return it, but there is no free home pick up either apparantly. What a nightmare.
