Prompt shipping, great price, great product
I ordered 2 identical Bric's Amalfi Spinner Suitcases, blue with black leather trim. They arrived promptly and are as represented. I have not used them on a trip yet, but I expect them to work well and last for a long time. The price was great, not as low as another website, which I tried first, but they shipped the wrong product. Returning what I received and obtaining a refund was a drawn out and unpleasant experience. Of course, when I ordered the same correct product again from the other site, it was out of stock, whereas with Nordstrom Rack the ordering and delivery process was smooth and seamless. What a pleasant surprise. I will be back.
