Smooth, soft, well made but TOO LONG
For tall gals...I'm 5'5", this skirt hit almost to my ankles! It's well made, soft but fabric is light. I can't remember if it was lined. Overall, it's a pretty skirt. Sizing was correct to the description. If you prefer to cut & do alterations, it's a good pick.
