Disappointed

I recently purchased a second pair because I was highly satisfied with my first pair, which was made in Italy. The quality of the material and craftsmanship in that pair was excellent. However, I was disappointed to find that the second pair I received, which was made in India, does not meet the same high standards. The material feels inferior, and the craftsmanship appears less durable and precise compared to my previous pair.

Horrible service

I received my shoes today, but they arrived in a clearly worn and dirty condition. The shoes have visible signs of wear and are not in the condition I expected when purchasing a new item from Nordstrom Rack. I would like a full refund or a replacement with a brand-new, unworn pair. I have photos documenting the condition of the shoes when they arrived.
