Rack substituted a different color without asking
As a Nordy club member, I am really perturbed that they sent me a teal blue purse instead of the one I ordered. Either that or the person filling the order substituted. Either way, it's now sold out and I have to deal with returning it. Very irritating and disappointing. Usually they just notify me when they oversell.
